My Story
I didn't come from a life that looked like this one.

I grew up in a dysfunctional home.
Childhood abuse. Poverty. A father who wasn't there. Alcoholic parents. Time in the foster care system. I learned early that survival wasn't optional. It was a must.

Then I built a life. A marriage. A family. Twenty-five years.

And then that life ended too.

Divorce has a way of stripping everything down to the studs. Who are you when the role you played for decades disappears? When the house is quiet and the kids are at their dad's and you're standing in the middle of your own life like a stranger?

I know that feeling. I lived it.

Starting over as a single mom wasn't a plot twist I planned for. But it became the thing that cracked me open in the best possible way. It forced me to stop performing and start actually living.

The Work
Healing didn't happen in a straight line. It never does.

I doubled down on therapy, personal development, seminars, certifications, and the kind of deep inner work most people avoid their entire lives. I've sat with the uncomfortable stuff. The C-PTSD. The attachment wounds. The generational patterns I swore I'd never repeat.

And then I got certified to help other women do the same.
I'm a certified life and health coach specializing in divorce recovery, emotional healing, and major life transitions for women.

My coaching framework, the Matriarch Method, works across six pillars: Self-Mastery, Circle of Influence, Financial Intelligence, Intellectual Stimulation, Spiritual Alignment, and Love and Passion.

Because rebuilding your life isn't just about getting through the hard part. It's about becoming someone you actually recognize on the other side.
Why it Works
I'm not a coach who learned this from a textbook.

I'm a single mom raising three kids. I've navigated co-parenting, identity loss, and the particular exhaustion of holding everything together while quietly falling apart inside.

I know what it costs to keep going when you're running on empty. And I know what it feels like to finally stop white-knuckling it and actually heal and rebuild.

That's why women trust me. Not because I have all the answers. Because I've asked all the same questions.

If you're a woman rebuilding after divorce, somewhere in the middle of a life that stopped fitting, trying to break cycles that were never yours to carry, and ready to stop just surviving your life, you're in the right place.

Let's figure out who you are now.
She's going to surprise you.
